I was never very good at drawing. I always had this inner desire to create, but it wasn't until I picked up my dad's dusty old 1968 Leica M2 that I found my medium. From that enlightening moment on, my eyes perceived the world from the perspective of a 35mm camera sensor, analyzing even the most mundane situations as an opportunity to capture a frame in time to be saved forever. Since then, projects of mine have been featured in galleries across the country, and I’ve donated various works to charities in communities that I’ve enjoyed photographing the most, particularly New York City. Photography has become more than a simple hobby of mine, but rather the only viable outlet I see appropriate in fulfilling my insatiable desire to express my individuality, imagination, and creativity.
